We understand that sometimes peoples circumstances can change or things can unfortunately go wrong in transit from time to time so we’ve got you covered whatever the situation.

 

We offer a 14 day money back guarantee on all products.

If your item is not suitable or has been ordered in error we offer a full refund on any products up to 14 days from purchase date. Any Items must be returned in original condition and in original packaging. 

Please note unfortunately we are unable to offer free returns on items ordered in error or items that are no longer needed. 

Damaged/Faulty goods.

In the unlikely event of a faulty item or an item with defects please take pictures and contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange exchange or for the product to be returned, the product must be returned back to us within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for refund or exchange.

Any occurred return costs regarding faulty items will be refunded back to your original payment method.

Please note that you must contact us before returning any parcels. We do not accept returns unless authorised.
